Herb Brill, Certified ASCA Level 4, has been involved with competitive swimming since late 1967 as an age group swimmer through college 1980 and as a coach since 1985. He started coaching in California then moved back to Arkansas where he continued since 2007 to present. Herb also coaches USA Swimmers as a satellite team of SharkATAC.

Dana Bane, Certified ASCA Level 2, was involved with competitive swimming as an Age Group swimmer for the AquaKids Swim Team and High School in Conway, AR. She previously coached for the Heber Springs Swim Club as well. She currently teaches 5th grade at Heber Springs Elementary School and is the Assistant High School Swimming Coach.
